Notice of Special Meeting - C.I.R.A.S.

To All C.I.R.A.S. members,
In accordance with the C.I.R.A.S. by-laws, a special meeting is being called (Article II, Paragraph 3) by at least one-tenth (1/10) of the membership. The meeting is being called at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, December 19^th at RACOM, 201 West State Street, Marshalltown Iowa. The purpose of the meeting will be election of officers before the current officer’s terms are up. It is anticipated that the meeting will take 15-20 minutes.

(For anyone wanting the math, there are 19 currently paid or life members, 19/10 is 1.9 or 2 members for 1/10 of the membership ).
