CIRAS Meeting Minutes

Secretaries Report:

Treasures Report:
450 dollars + 23 dollars petty cash estimated

Gilman Site Report:
Gravel Roads are muddy. Site was without power after the recent freezing rain and blizzard. 6m repeater had to have a fuse replaced after commercial power came back online. Currently all are working.

Repeater Committee Report:

Just to let you all know I just posted the pictures from my visit to Kennedy Space center. This was a very cool tour. I wish I would have had more time at the space center. We didn't realize how much there was to see, we could have easily spent all day at the space center. Ciras Board Meeting Minutes

Meeting Called to Order : 8:21PM
Was brought to the boards attention that member James Ramsey does not wish to be a member of CIRAS any more. We need to have a replacement for the vacant director position. Evan Folk volunteered for the remaining term of James Ramsey which ends on DEC 31, 2007.

President called the meeting to order at 7:50 PM
Minutes of the pervious meeting was read and approved. Treasures report of $412.08 plus $23.00 cash was given and approved.
Discussion concerning moving the bank account to another bank was not approved.

Old business.

Chuck reported on the 75 meter picnic and CIRAS swapmeet. It is going to be held on July 7, 2007 at the college. The rent is $100.00 for the day. Doors will be unlocked at 8:30 AM and event is scheduled to start as 9 AM.
The 75 meter net organization is co-sponsor of this event.
